Susan Peterson’s career in corporate investigation, risk assessment and management spans over two decades at global investigations firm Kessler International. Following the company’s closing after the death of Michael Kessler, Ms. Peterson opened SK Worldwide, Ltd. as a co-founder.

Ms. Peterson has earned the status of Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Forensic Accountant, Certified Internal Controls Auditor, Board Certified Forensic Examiner, Fellow American College of Forensic Examiners. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Coalition Against Diversion. Ms. Peterson is responsible for managing investigators focused on disrupting production and distribution of counterfeit goods and prosecuting counterfeit purveyors, trademark and copyright enforcement and anti-diversion strategies.. Ms. Peterson’s areas of expertise include intellectual property investigations, anti-counterfeiting, trademark and copyright enforcement, and the supervision of complex undercover operations.

Kelly Mattmuller is a veteran professional investigator with over fifteen years of experience conducting and managing complex operations at the now closed global investigations firm Kessler International. As a co-founder of SK Worldwide, Ltd., Ms. Mattmuller is continuing to provide the world-class services she has become known for.

Her specialties include complex intellectual property investigations from trademark in-use investigations to discreet domain acquisitions and the development and implementation of anti-counterfeiting and anti-diversion programs. Ms. Mattmuller has conducted thousands of background, due diligence, banking licensing and asset search investigations, uncovering a depth of information that can only come from experience. She has coordinated and supervised intricate and delicate large scale surveillance matters for numerous high-profile individuals and corporations. Ms. Mattmuller has also served on relevant committees with the International Trademark Association (INTA).
